This consultation is particularly helpful if:

Each consultation delivers:

  • Upon booking an initial consultation with one of our nutritional therapists you will receive access to a 3-day food diary and health questionnaire which will need completing ahead of your consultation.  This will give your nutritional therapist an opportunity to look over your case ahead of time, which can be particularly helpful if you have any existing health conditions, or take any prescription medications or nutritional supplements.

  • Your initial 90-minute consultation will include your full health history and an in depth review of your current diet and lifestyle habits in order to identify possible biochemical imbalances. Appropriate diet and lifestyle changes will be discussed during the consultation and you will also be emailed a full report a few days after the consultation, which may include advice on nutritional supplements if appropriate. 

  • Diet and lifestyle changes require commitment to be effective. Follow-up consultations (usually 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation) provide on-going support and accountability to help you stay on track as well as the opportunity to make further changes to your programme, if required.

Cost of consultations

a) B Healthy Nutritional Therapy Initial Consultation (90-minutes) costs just £115

This includes:

  • 90- minute consultation including full health history

  • in depth review of your current diet and lifestyle habits

  • identification of possible biochemical imbalances

  • recommendation of appropriate diet and lifestyle changes

  • full emailed report, including advice on nutritional supplements if appropriate.

b) B Healthy Nutritional Therapy Follow-up Consultations (60-minutes) costs just £70

This includes:

  • on-going support and accountability

  • the opportunity to make further changes to your programme

c) B Healthy Nutritional Therapy Package (150 minutes) costs just £180

This includes:

  • one initial consultation

  • one follow-up consultation

  • email/telephone support between consultations.
