If you prefer the privacy and personalisation of a 1 to 1 in person consultation, and wish to benefit from the full depth and breadth of expertise and experience of a nutritional therapist and health coach, this is the perfect solution for you

Nutritional therapy is recognized as a form of complementary medicine, relevant for both individuals looking to enhance their health and wellbeing and for those with chronic conditions wishing to work with or consult a nutritional therapist in collaboration with their GP/consultant. For more information on nutritional therapy please click here.

Our nutritional therapists work with clients presenting with a wide range of health conditions and symptoms.  If you require more information please get in touch.

This consultation is particularly helpful if:

  • You would like a detailed review of your diet, lifestyle and health history

  • You are looking for a nutritional therapist who will work proactively alongside your GP, to ensure safe, integrated care

  • You wish to have advice on nutritional supplements

  • You would like to consider functional tests (where appropriate) which can offer useful insights into underlying biochemical imbalances

Examples of health challenges we work with:

  • Women’s health

  • Weight loss

  • Blood sugar management, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes

  • Digestive symptoms including IBS

  • Cardiovascular health

  • Anxiety, low mood and stress

  • Difficulty concentrating/brain fog

  • Low energy/fatigue

  • Sleep

  • Skin health

  • Frequent infections

  • Healthy aging

  • General advice on eating balanced diet

Each consultation delivers:

  • Upon booking an initial consultation with one of our nutritional therapists you will receive access to a 3-day food diary and health questionnaire which will need completing ahead of your consultation.  This will give your nutritional therapist an opportunity to look over your case ahead of time, which can be particularly helpful if you have any existing health conditions, or take any prescription medications or nutritional supplements.

  • Your initial 90-minute consultation will include your full health history and an in depth review of your current diet and lifestyle habits in order to identify possible biochemical imbalances. Appropriate diet and lifestyle changes will be discussed during the consultation and you will also be emailed a full report a few days after the consultation, which may include advice on nutritional supplements if appropriate.

  • Diet and lifestyle changes require commitment to be effective. Follow-up consultations (usually 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation) provide on-going support and accountability to help you stay on track as well as the opportunity to make further changes to your programme, if required.

We take a food first approach and our nutritional advice is fully adjustable to all dietary specialisms including vegetarianism, veganism, gluten-free, nut-free, sugar-free and more...
